Pros
Any Hour focuses on helping their employees become their best selves. They put a lot into self development whether its technical or personal. The owners put a lot back into the company ie. great benefits, fully stocked trucks, an in house exercise facility and basketball/pickleball court. They are always doing competitions and parties for the employees and their families. They have good core values and stand by those values.
Cons
Really the only con I could come up with is that they are sometimes too "soft". This to some could be looked at as a Pro but as Joko Willink said 'It's not what you preach, it's what you tolerate.' Sometimes too much is tolerated.
