Pros
CCR department is chill. I liked my managers, and I generally had a positive experience with my immediate coworkers and department management. For a call center, the pay opportunities were alright. Not my favorite work, but hey, it's a call center.
Cons
Pretty culty. Upper management is stuffy and just... odd. Everyone is drinking the Any Hour koolaid and company meetings in particular feel off. They make all 300+ employees pray in their meetings, they quote LDS prophets and scripture in their presentations, etc. Upper management didn't seem to take responsibility for any company issues, it was always the little guy's fault.
