Personal Trainer and cleaner - Personal Trainer/Group Instructor Anytime Fitness Employee Review

Things that can't really change: Not a great location (squished in the middle of a long strip mall), too small of a fitness room for classes (fits 8-10 people max), club owner is in a different time-zone (intermittent support) Things that CAN change: club uses the Bodyworkz scheduling and billing system which is absolutely HORRIBLE (we always have trouble with it), club charges members extra for classes, no benefits or PTO for employees, commission only compensation (I had to take a position cleaning the club and bathrooms to get paid in-between clients), not a lot of room for career growth
