Pros

If you want responsibility, they'll give it to you; so it's good if you want to build experience. Local staff are great

Cons

Not paid nearly enough - but because it's an NGO, they mostly get away with it because people who work there are driven by passion and not pay. Leader is a micromanager - from overall strategy, where furniture went, to how long things should take. What's the point of a team if you want to decide everything?
