Pros
I have been working here more than 5 years. I believe that you get out of the company what you put in. I enjoy the people who work here. I have a flexible environment that is ever changing so the job will keep you on your toes. Be a good worker and show initiative and you will be rewarded.
Cons
Although I started as a contractor I have to be honest that new contractorder coming in don't have the desired quality. I believe that it is due to the individual person though. There are always some people that spoil the batch.
