      Aon is a solid company, with potential for opportunity if in the correct department. Looks great on a resume.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to get promoted within company. Yearly increase doens't cover inflation and is not cometitive.

      Good benefits and work-life balance.

      Cons

      The department feels mismanaged and there is no consistent in-person management. Controller is not in town and is always on the go and traveling which creates confusion.
