Pros
Aon exhibits great cultural diversity and some very nice, collaborative coworkers and administrators. Politics are kept to a minimum, and a lot of people have been there a very long time and are very good at their jobs.
Cons
The hygiene factors (food, technology used) could be much better. I only had one monitor, and all office supplies seemed scarce. Near the end of my internship, an IT person thought my desk was vacant and took all of my equipment, leaving me nothing to work with for quite some time that day. Turnover was fairly constant as well and a lot of middle management shake-up.
