Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible scheduling that's it there are no other pros. Below highlights the cons that out weigh the one positive. I'm continuing to type as there is a 20 word minimum.
Cons
They were recently bought by Blackstone Group and layoffs are currently happening. Although we were told "Your jobs are safe you were bought with the company." LIES!!!! Management does not care to inform you of what's currently going on as long as it doesn't effect them taking care of their family. They will feel it soon enough I'm sure of it. There so many other cons there is absolutely no growth aside from moving up in customer service. No raises. Call center environment. Unfair coaching it's all very subjective based on what they feel you should have done.
