Colleagues are supportive and do their best to help one another. There are opportunities to work with a variety of clients and develop problem-solving skills.

Recent layoffs have significantly increased workloads for the remaining employees, making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Despite reduced staffing, employees are still expected to deliver a high level of "white glove" service to clients, but without the necessary resources or management support to consistently meet those expectations. This also affects established metrics which keep getting raised to unrealistic levels. Compensation has not kept pace with the increased responsibilities. Annual raises are insufficient given the added workload and expectations. While overtime is often necessary to meet client demands, the company is reluctant to approve it, leaving employees to manage unrealistic workloads within standard hours. Training is another major concern. There is little to no standardized documentation or onboarding material for client teams, making it difficult for employees to learn processes efficiently or perform their roles with confidence. Much of the training depends on informal knowledge sharing, which leads to inconsistency and unnecessary frustration. Overall, these issues have created a high-stress work environment. Many employees are experiencing increased stress and anxiety due to heavy workloads, limited support, and unrealistic expectations. Many are waiting for the job market to start opening up so they can start searching for a new job with a new company that values their employees and actually follows the guidance they put out for other companies in regards to Human Capital. The hypocrisy is staggering. Finally, employees need to be able to take breaks throughout the day. AON only provided a 1 hour lunch and that's it. Otherwise you are expected to be on the phones non-stop for 8 hours. It's not healthy for your body or you mind.
