      Pros

      Work culture, H.R is friendly and most amazing thing is that the senior level management personal's are ready to listen from everyone.

      Cons

      Medium level management is your ops manger who are not so educated but yes their are always few who deserves to be called as good manger.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
