      There are excellent people to work with at Aon. Great benefits and technology to support homeworking. Office space is modern and comfortable withe free tea and coffee.

      Cons

      Can be stressful with a lack of career progression in some areas. An easy place to become comfortable in. Too many changes at once.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
