      Pros

      Met amazing people and my team will be forever my friends.

      Cons

      It is a very unorganised, chaotic mess. To get an answer to any question you have to ask 5 people and no one still seems to know. They have made massive redundancies and have refused at every step of the way to help their "former employees" make a smooth transition into their new jobs by refusing references.

      Pros

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
