      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Central downtown location and a great place to either start or finish your career. Large staff and generally very friendly.

      Cons

      Work can be repetitive especially early on. Very corporate with many levels of management. Best way to move up in the organization is to leave and come back.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
