If you have the mind-set, you can "create" your own job, and have multi opportunities to move across business units, and job functions. Fabulous experience for younger career builders.
Cons
McKinsey management behave like consultants, not long-term corporate executives building a sustainable structure. Lack of understanding of how their employees "do" business, and the products services we sell. We can not "save" our way to profitability, and cost cutting is now into muscle and bone.
