      It's a good place to start your career because of the name recognition, exposure to clients, and opportunities to advance your consulting skills.

      Cons

      It becomes challenging to stay engaged when leadership is very hesitant to promote and expects employees to take on more projects without any incentives.

      Good benefits and work-life balance.

      Cons

      The department feels mismanaged and there is no consistent in-person management. Controller is not in town and is always on the go and traveling which creates confusion.
