Pros
Good compensation, good benefits. company is a market leader in global reinsurance which made it easier to get in the door with newer clients. Firm does very well by its clients.
Cons
Very political, management not engaged in advancing people's careers. There are cliques within many of the groups in Aon Benfield and if you're not on the inside of one you're going to have a tough time advancing.
