The place never seems like a rigid or strict environment. The employees and managers are friendly and can be approached at any time during the day. You will also get a chance to interact with the best of the minds and share your experiences and learn from their experiences as well.
Cons
There certain departments which are rigid and will make you suffocate. One such department is the transport department. The employees there are unprofessional and no heed will be paid to your complaints. The promotion policy at Aon is deceiving. On the joining date, they promise you a promotion exactly after a year but later they start giving lame excuses and delay the hikes and promotions.
