Pros

The company remains compliant with its messaging, espouses equality, and has d division devoted to aiding employees being abused by managers.

Cons

All of the above is a front. Aon promises to reach parity in pay years from now. What does that mean? It seems to imply the gap is so large it cannot be made up immediately. No one will answer the question why is there a gap anyway. The complaint department is there to protect Aon, not the employee. Even if conduct occurs that matches the training examples of what not to do as it could cause a lawsuit, the manager is absolved. Aon is no different than other large companies I suspect, but the employee is punished and retaliated against in the most discrete ways.

Pros

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
