Pros

CEO led well during COVID, vowing not to reduce work force.

Cons

Training and roll-out for “tech” @ WFH (work from home) was amateur hour. Really bad. Required software on my laptop was missing…only the icon appeared and trainer kept insisting I had what I needed. Subsequently tech support realized the software was never deployed…and in fact, I only had an “empty box” with nothing inside. Too bad…great company…but really weak areas that need someone to fix. Even returning the laptop and monitors was ridiculous. They did not send me labels for FedEx return. I had to “coach” them through that process.

Pros

Good benefits and work-life balance.

Cons

The department feels mismanaged and there is no consistent in-person management. Controller is not in town and is always on the go and traveling which creates confusion.
