      Pros

      Company benefits add up and increase incentives. Some corporate structure is good and makes simple tasks well organized and efficent.

      Cons

      Over corporate structure chain makes some changes too difficult and makes small changes drawn out. Management is very closed off in factions, no secondary managers to go to for secondary advice, help or guidance.
