      I work at home ... they are in Canada. They commission me to paint portraits for their 25 year employee incentive. Super nice people

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
