      Friendly, smart colleagues who are generally sophisticated and hard working. Good career growth opportunities within a global organization. Offers work environment flexibility and volunteer opportunities.

      Cons

      While some super-stars are identified early and cultivated, salaries tend to increase slowly (very low single digit percentages) for the rest of the employees. Super-star status can seemingly be arbitrarily bestowed.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
