      Aon has 74,000 colleagues and is in 120 different countries. I enjoyed partnering and learning about all the different US Business lines and their needs.

      Cons

      I missed partnering with a specific business line and that daily interaction with that person you have built the relationship with and being part of that specific team.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
