Middlebrow leadership values consent over progress. HR unable to evaluate or support talent, no career development. Zero internal IT or research know-how. Very poor managers. Leadership blows hundreds of millions of dollars, makes mistakes, and lays off 60 underlings to pin the blame on them. Diversity and inclusion is mere rainbow washing and lip service.
