Pros

Remote or Hybrid option although it’s mainly hybrid with 3 days required in office

Cons

Only two options for hours worked and that’s 9-5:30 or 12:30-9 and if you are a new hire for Aon Integramark, it’s probably the latter. It’s hard to get hours changed.. been waiting for months with no real response. The communication from upper management is terrible and the client which is Synchrony, is just not helpful and it feels like I’m working for a scam company although it’s not. It makes me feel terrible coming to work. There’s no overtime or bonuses.. and they really don’t care about anyone but the client. (synchrony) and it’s hard to move around or up.. no room for advancement

Pros

Good support and good people

Cons

Large company does mean that Tech/HR support usually involves an 800 number and call center.

Pros

Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

Cons

Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
