      Lots of internal resources and you will learn and grow here.

      Cons

      I believe they are more flexible now but at the time I really needed more work at home flexibility. Only one day a week was offered to me when I was there.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
