Pros
They offer fully remote positions. They are such a large company that their processes can be frustrating when you are trying to complete seemingly small/quick tasks. I have to say, I do understand the need for these processes, considering the size of the company, and their need to comply with global regulations all while making cost effective decisions.
Cons
They often speak in acronyms, which can be very confusing. In accounting, certain parts of the processes are siloed and could cause confusion regarding who was responsible for posting related entries onto our General Ledger.
