Thank you for providing us with this feedback. Although it appears you are not having an overall positive experience at Apex, I assure you that trust and open communications are a priority. We make every effort to foster positive interdepartmental and managerial relationships (see our Leadership Challenge and Emotional Intelligence programs). It is disappointing to read that some of your colleagues are perceived as incompetent. Also, our standard review process is as objective as possible, rewarding employees at levels in line with their performance outcomes. We use a rigorous selection process when recruiting IT and other positions in an effort to ensure job competence. I think you will find that as we continue to grow, new opportunities will arise in IT. With the recent reorganization of our IT department, new management opportunities were added, and internal employees were promoted into those positions. We will likely continue to see this happen as the IT group absorbs additional responsibilities and more specialized roles become necessary.
