Amazing benefits. Many Department are full of really talented people with sincere intentions. There are some really great people that work here and are trying to make a difference.
Cons
Pay is below average. They say the compensation package includes profit sharing bonus which it does but then act as if it is something everyone should be grateful to get. Make a decision, is it a reward or part of the pay for the job. The company doesn't downsize, but they do move people from place to place internally. Some may see this as a positive but it does mean there are many people, not qualified to be in the role they are in. They get moved there with the potential of them growing into the role. It's probably possible but causes for slow growth for the company and a lot of time devoted to professional development. Professional development is great, but not at the rate that it holds the org and everything else behind. Process is slow to change and when it does change it is most likely adding red tape, hoops to jump through and roadblocks to getting anything done. That's great if you want to sit around and not move on work. If you're looking for a slow slow pace of work, this is your place. But, it is frustrating for the numerous talented people in the org. Leaders don't see eye to eye and are too busy with a political game to try and move the needle. Teams should work together, not be pinned against each other. When one portion of the org holds all the power and is contributing to a toxic environment, it's time to make a change.
