Pros
You start out with 3 weeks of PTO January 1 and are able to “buy” another week using health incentive points. You get more days off every year. You are able to cross train with other departments if you are interested in checking it out.
Cons
Some leaders have giant egos, are difficult to work for, and are only out for themselves. They are requiring you to come back to the office more.
