Exposure to senior leadership due to understaffing.
Cons
Constant downsizing and outsourcing. They make you train your overseas replacement. Will promote you without any increase in pay. Bonuses are practically nonexistent. Constant turnover and morale is in the tank. 5 days in office but no one around to enforce it. So much disorganization, it’s unbelievable. senior leadership change their direction every year. Overall, a sinking ship you should stay far away from if you value your time & want to be paid fairly for your work.
