Pros

Great place to test your mental limits

Cons

If you ever feel like your life is going too smoothly and you need chaos, burnout, and disappointment, Join this company. Within a month, you’ll understand why most of us left faster than our salaries could hit the bank. Salary? Pathetic for the workload. You’ll do the job of 3 people and get paid like an intern. Growth? Nonexistent — unless you’re good at sucking up to the right people. Work-life balance? Forget “life,” you’ll barely have time to sleep. 12-16 hours a day is the norm, not the exception. Learning? Only thing you’ll learn is how much abuse a human mind can tolerate before breaking down. This isn’t a workplace; it’s a career graveyard. Step in, and you’ll watch your motivation, confidence, and sanity slowly rot away. Doesn’t matter how desperate you are — there are better ways to suffer than this.

Pros

There are good people throughout the organization who genuinely want to do quality work and support one another.

Cons

My experience was that Apex Group prioritized short-term cost savings (involuntary terminations) over investing in its people's on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, compensation & bonus pay, and morale/culture Turnover was significantly higher than I expected, particularly in key functions and at the Functional Head, Regional Head, or C-Suite level Prospective employees should carefully review their offer letter regarding probationary period-related employment notice periods & benefits eligibility (you can only enroll in the 401K once you've worked there for 3 months) During my time there, employee morale was low. Progressions/promotions, as swell as compensation growth and bonus opportunities were minimal due to frequent pressure to 'do more with less,' leading to voluntary resignations, employee burnout, and client attrition due low quality service If you are interviewing, I would encourage you to ask direct questions about probationary notice period, turnover, and leadership changes in the last year Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone works at this firm
