Pros

Some people but they have left now

Cons

Too many acquisitions, still different contracts of employment even HR getd lost. People are not and have never been at the centre of that business hence high level of resignations across countries and at ALL levels White boys club Low recognition regardless of your rating. You need to fit in a quota graph how is that personal performance!! Who you know and if your face fit culture for promotion. Some are allowed to jump 3 ranks just with a smile while others despite delivering just "meet expectations". Deceiving media on the company culture where WFH is a privilege ( 1 day only) No dental care, no payrise, low moral that some sandwiches and biscuits can't salvage but good initiative If you talk the truth you are thrown upon and ghosted. Private equity strategy :buy buy buy any company then break it down and sell at profit for investors. Leadership no leaders they have no idea what is going on themselves. Some real incompetent Directors with no skills or common sense. CEO avoids live questions, always filtered beforehand No transparency in the company finance.

Pros

There are good people throughout the organization who genuinely want to do quality work and support one another.

Cons

My experience was that Apex Group prioritized short-term cost savings (involuntary terminations) over investing in its people's on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, compensation & bonus pay, and morale/culture Turnover was significantly higher than I expected, particularly in key functions and at the Functional Head, Regional Head, or C-Suite level Prospective employees should carefully review their offer letter regarding probationary period-related employment notice periods & benefits eligibility (you can only enroll in the 401K once you've worked there for 3 months) During my time there, employee morale was low. Progressions/promotions, as swell as compensation growth and bonus opportunities were minimal due to frequent pressure to 'do more with less,' leading to voluntary resignations, employee burnout, and client attrition due low quality service If you are interviewing, I would encourage you to ask direct questions about probationary notice period, turnover, and leadership changes in the last year Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone works at this firm
