We're pleased to hear that flexibility, location, and team support have been positive aspects of your experience with us. However, we are extremely concerned to see your references to racism and a toxic culture. We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and respected, and we have zero tolerance towards any form of discrimination, racism, or toxic behaviour. Our diversity and inclusion programs reinforce this commitment and we take swift, decisive action to address any behaviour that undermines these standards. Your feedback has been escalated to the local leadership and HR team for further action. Even though you're no longer with us, we are keen to get more information about behaviours you have experienced or witnessed so we encourage you to reach out to us for a confidential discussion.

Pros

There are good people throughout the organization who genuinely want to do quality work and support one another.

Cons

My experience was that Apex Group prioritized short-term cost savings (involuntary terminations) over investing in its people's on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, compensation & bonus pay, and morale/culture Turnover was significantly higher than I expected, particularly in key functions and at the Functional Head, Regional Head, or C-Suite level Prospective employees should carefully review their offer letter regarding probationary period-related employment notice periods & benefits eligibility (you can only enroll in the 401K once you've worked there for 3 months) During my time there, employee morale was low. Progressions/promotions, as swell as compensation growth and bonus opportunities were minimal due to frequent pressure to 'do more with less,' leading to voluntary resignations, employee burnout, and client attrition due low quality service If you are interviewing, I would encourage you to ask direct questions about probationary notice period, turnover, and leadership changes in the last year Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone works at this firm
