Pros
1. Competitive salary. 2. Hybrid work capability.
Cons
1. The emense amount of red tape to be able to get a task completed is debilitating. 2. The toxicity caused by management who have no clue how to manage, nor understand the actual work that needs to be performed. This comes from managers being placed into positions they are not ready for. 3. The disconnect between management and the workforce. This just adds to the toxicity for the teams and lack of trust between teams. 4. Some managers seem to get pleasure out of breaking their team members down. This is used as a tool to make them feel good about themselves and only alienates the team from the manager. 5. There is no cohesion between managers and their teams. This lack of team work creates silos resulting in additional hindrances for tasks to be planned and completed timeously. 6. Increases are very weak. 7. Bonus is non-existant. 8. The number of meetings held are untenable. You have no time to get "actual" work done. 9. Micro management by managers creates an environment of distrust. 10. The high turnover of staff results in massive gaps and then this work is just shared between the remaining.
