Pros

You will learn that there are better choices in life

Cons

Everything. Culture is terribly negative. Work is beyond depressing. Hours are beyond unrealistic. You didn’t get an education to be treated as a slave. Do not do it.

As an organisation, employee wellbeing and mental health is extremely important to us and we encourage employees to raise concerns with their line manager or HR representative. We have experienced a lot of change over the past 18 months however are working hard to make Apex a great place to work; this includes asking employees for feedback through the Employee Engagement Survey and using our global Culture Champions to enhance employee experience locally. All feedback is useful for us so thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Pros

There are good people throughout the organization who genuinely want to do quality work and support one another.

Cons

My experience was that Apex Group prioritized short-term cost savings (involuntary terminations) over investing in its people's on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, compensation & bonus pay, and morale/culture Turnover was significantly higher than I expected, particularly in key functions and at the Functional Head, Regional Head, or C-Suite level Prospective employees should carefully review their offer letter regarding probationary period-related employment notice periods & benefits eligibility (you can only enroll in the 401K once you've worked there for 3 months) During my time there, employee morale was low. Progressions/promotions, as swell as compensation growth and bonus opportunities were minimal due to frequent pressure to 'do more with less,' leading to voluntary resignations, employee burnout, and client attrition due low quality service If you are interviewing, I would encourage you to ask direct questions about probationary notice period, turnover, and leadership changes in the last year Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone works at this firm
