Pros
There are good people throughout the organization who genuinely want to do quality work and support one another.
Cons
My experience was that Apex Group prioritized short-term cost savings (involuntary terminations) over investing in its people's on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, compensation & bonus pay, and morale/culture
Turnover was significantly higher than I expected, particularly in key functions and at the Functional Head, Regional Head, or C-Suite level
Prospective employees should carefully review their offer letter regarding probationary period-related employment notice periods & benefits eligibility (you can only enroll in the 401K once you've worked there for 3 months)
During my time there, employee morale was low. Progressions/promotions, as swell as compensation growth and bonus opportunities were minimal due to frequent pressure to 'do more with less,' leading to voluntary resignations, employee burnout, and client attrition due low quality service
If you are interviewing, I would encourage you to ask direct questions about probationary notice period, turnover, and leadership changes in the last year
Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone works at this firm
