Pros

It is growing in terms of new business. Other than this nothing positive.

Cons

One person (Frog in a well) having full control on Financial reporting department running like a his typical Family Business for years, will not care for employee while talking to them and when you come from any other organization you will first be asked to leave whatever culture you have came from and adopt to satisfy culture of his egos, attitude and all levels of demotivation. There is no proper training as such, you will be provided with old working files and they will ask to learn from excel links and formulae. In live work no one will be there to support you and for small small things they will threaten for PIP. In their traditional working methods and templates they will hardly accept any ideas towards automation or reducing manual work. As a formality you will be asked to escalate for any issues to him but if you really raised anything your life will be hell going ahead. There is no HR involvement in any of the decisions of this department as you will be openly asked 'to work for 15 hours a day compulsorily and those who are not ready they can leave'. There is no overtime concept. Please note that above reviews are from my Financial Reporting department experience only other departments might be doing well. Salary wise be careful in accepting package as they have found all possible ways to save their cost and giving you minimum in hand.. e.g. Transport allowance of 6000/- per month is included in your CTC which you will get for non opting their transport but if you go by your car and use their parking then they will charge you 6000/-...!! In lockdown period they didn't pay this allowance to anyone. Company really is on growth stage, acquiring new clients worldwide, India CEO is really best but FR management group of 4 people including HOD are trying to keep their monopoly and not letting anyone to involve in their decisions.

Pros

There are good people throughout the organization who genuinely want to do quality work and support one another.

Cons

My experience was that Apex Group prioritized short-term cost savings (involuntary terminations) over investing in its people's on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, compensation & bonus pay, and morale/culture Turnover was significantly higher than I expected, particularly in key functions and at the Functional Head, Regional Head, or C-Suite level Prospective employees should carefully review their offer letter regarding probationary period-related employment notice periods & benefits eligibility (you can only enroll in the 401K once you've worked there for 3 months) During my time there, employee morale was low. Progressions/promotions, as swell as compensation growth and bonus opportunities were minimal due to frequent pressure to 'do more with less,' leading to voluntary resignations, employee burnout, and client attrition due low quality service If you are interviewing, I would encourage you to ask direct questions about probationary notice period, turnover, and leadership changes in the last year Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone works at this firm
