Pros

Apex is a great place to work as it keeps on adding more companies under it’s belt and there are high employment opportunities in India as the COEs for each location is being established. I see only good in this company. There is huge requirement of job opportunities and this is good indication of growth in all aspects. Need to appreciate the PE Head George Paul , is very cool headed guy and doesn’t pressure his team , he is very understanding and directs the team well . He is the best person to work with .Work like balance is great in my team which “CT Team” all of my colleagues are very helpful and nice to deal with. I haven’t seen any behavioural issues in my team ,glad to work with these guys. Last but not the least, HR team does a very good job with it’s short resources, they are helpful and dedicated, I would like to appreciate Lopa and her team in this regard. I have my highest regard for them.

Cons

There are many levels in AVPs ad VPs , they should come up with another alternative to distinguish the roles and responsibilities like AVP 2 and AVP 3 & VP 1 VP2 and also in senior analyst level. There should one stop shop portal instead different portals as this will make people irritated .They should also take out travel allowance from CTC as this is a huge amount of nearly 6k per month where employee will lose and folks at junior level will highly effected by it as they join the company with less package.

Pros

There are good people throughout the organization who genuinely want to do quality work and support one another.

Cons

My experience was that Apex Group prioritized short-term cost savings (involuntary terminations) over investing in its people's on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, compensation & bonus pay, and morale/culture Turnover was significantly higher than I expected, particularly in key functions and at the Functional Head, Regional Head, or C-Suite level Prospective employees should carefully review their offer letter regarding probationary period-related employment notice periods & benefits eligibility (you can only enroll in the 401K once you've worked there for 3 months) During my time there, employee morale was low. Progressions/promotions, as swell as compensation growth and bonus opportunities were minimal due to frequent pressure to 'do more with less,' leading to voluntary resignations, employee burnout, and client attrition due low quality service If you are interviewing, I would encourage you to ask direct questions about probationary notice period, turnover, and leadership changes in the last year Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone works at this firm
