Thank you so much for your great feedback and 5* rating! We are delighted that you are still loving your role at Apex Group after 3 years! We know it’s a fast-paced environment as we are growing at pace and changing the shape of service in our industry – but we are delighted to have hard working, positive and self-starting Change Makers like yourself as part of our amazing team! We are continually looking at ways to evolve our formal training and development opportunities – however we also really encourage you to take advantage of our Mentorship program and the accessibility you have to the management and leadership team across the business as part of our commitment to remaining an agile and flat structured firm.

Pros

There are good people throughout the organization who genuinely want to do quality work and support one another.

Cons

My experience was that Apex Group prioritized short-term cost savings (involuntary terminations) over investing in its people's on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, compensation & bonus pay, and morale/culture Turnover was significantly higher than I expected, particularly in key functions and at the Functional Head, Regional Head, or C-Suite level Prospective employees should carefully review their offer letter regarding probationary period-related employment notice periods & benefits eligibility (you can only enroll in the 401K once you've worked there for 3 months) During my time there, employee morale was low. Progressions/promotions, as swell as compensation growth and bonus opportunities were minimal due to frequent pressure to 'do more with less,' leading to voluntary resignations, employee burnout, and client attrition due low quality service If you are interviewing, I would encourage you to ask direct questions about probationary notice period, turnover, and leadership changes in the last year Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone works at this firm
