Going Downhill - Associate Apex Group Employee Review

This firm used to have a great culture and competitive benefits. However, Apex has now acquired it and they are experiencing lay-offs and culture change. Many promotions occurred with a 0% salary increase across the board with incredibly low bonused that used to sit at 10-12%. They are not giving any prior notice of lay-offs, and next to nothing severance. Apex's new HR is unreachable to take responsibility for any of these issues.
