      Pros

      Had a great boss (controller) and collaboration

      Cons

      Lack of pay (other fund accountants making at least 40% more). No bonuses, no raise when inflation was 10%. Billing clients for millions for contracts/extra work, but not getting paid accordingly whatsoever
