Pros
Good package for new joiners.
Cons
Performance review is just a waste of time Performance reviews here are more like a yearly ritual. You might get a 4/5 or even 5/5, but don’t expect anything beyond a “Thanks, keep it up.” Promotions? Progression? Hikes? Let’s just say they’re as rare as a productive townhall. WFH? That ship sank long ago. Even if the office has empty seats, you’re still expected to show up every single day. If there aren’t enough seats, then suddenly, seat allocation becomes a top priority. Flexibility? Not in this dictionary. Meanwhile, top leadership seems more invested in side projects like building temples than in fixing what’s clearly broken in the workplace. Morale is low, attrition is high, and 9 out of 10 people in our department are ready to put in their papers. A gentle reminder to the powers-that-be: employees are assets, not liabilities. Maybe act like it before there’s no one left to manage.
