Pros

No pros for this company

Cons

This company is a prime example of how poor management and favouritism can ruin a workplace. Promotions are not based on merit or performance but on personal connections and biased preferences. Undeserving employees, often those who stay close to certain managers, are handed promotions and opportunities without earning them, while hardworking, talented individuals are constantly overlooked and left unappreciated. There’s a complete lack of transparency in decisions, and the management team fails to recognize or reward real effort. If you’re expecting fair treatment, career growth based on your skills, or a healthy work environment — this is not the place to join. Think twice before investing your time and energy here

Pros

Fly to work, live in nice hotels, fly home every weekend.

Cons

Contractors get let go by a phone call stating, "Friday is your last day." No bad reviews, nothing I did wrong. Just let go because of budget cuts.

Pros

There are good people throughout the organization who genuinely want to do quality work and support one another.

Cons

My experience was that Apex Group prioritized short-term cost savings (involuntary terminations) over investing in its people's on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, compensation & bonus pay, and morale/culture Turnover was significantly higher than I expected, particularly in key functions and at the Functional Head, Regional Head, or C-Suite level Prospective employees should carefully review their offer letter regarding probationary period-related employment notice periods & benefits eligibility (you can only enroll in the 401K once you've worked there for 3 months) During my time there, employee morale was low. Progressions/promotions, as swell as compensation growth and bonus opportunities were minimal due to frequent pressure to 'do more with less,' leading to voluntary resignations, employee burnout, and client attrition due low quality service If you are interviewing, I would encourage you to ask direct questions about probationary notice period, turnover, and leadership changes in the last year Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone works at this firm
