Pros

None at all, even for a trainee like me they do not even show us how to perform tasks and seem irritated.

Cons

Micro-management at its peak at apex, Time in and time out, scammey study leaves and they even violate the contract's policies you signed, they never intend to pay you your full travelling allowances, and also they dont provide salaries as per merit, but by looking at your face, even for other 'benefits' that you should typically have. As for mangers, 75% of them are useless and assign the job to your senior for training and they also are reluctant with helping you out. its like they are in an internal competition within what's supposed to be a TEAM. Worse of it all is that everytime i go to work now, i get anxious and even have anxiety attacks, such a toxic environment , you dont know what you will get. Only thing i say is that karma will get to these people, they will understand. No wonder their recruitment and employee turnover are so unstable, they dont know that THEY ARE THE ISSUE, i mean, typically they should be educated and self aware enough to see it, but na-da, they are as dense as the tension in that work office. They are really bad people, they try to turn you against others and have you within their grasp - no professionalism at all. Senior managers in that department are more like they are getting paid for parties in there, they laugh loudly and barely do any task and have zero to none utility. Only 1 or 2 can be really useful, others are the same, barely recall anything, as they rot in the same position for years. Dont get me started on the HR, the seems like someone so self UN-aware and doesnt seem professional at all. All that i can say is you'll do most of the work, and so will your direct senior, others- complete and utter useless, apart from micro managing you like they are puppeteers.

Pros

There are good people throughout the organization who genuinely want to do quality work and support one another.

Cons

My experience was that Apex Group prioritized short-term cost savings (involuntary terminations) over investing in its people's on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, compensation & bonus pay, and morale/culture Turnover was significantly higher than I expected, particularly in key functions and at the Functional Head, Regional Head, or C-Suite level Prospective employees should carefully review their offer letter regarding probationary period-related employment notice periods & benefits eligibility (you can only enroll in the 401K once you've worked there for 3 months) During my time there, employee morale was low. Progressions/promotions, as swell as compensation growth and bonus opportunities were minimal due to frequent pressure to 'do more with less,' leading to voluntary resignations, employee burnout, and client attrition due low quality service If you are interviewing, I would encourage you to ask direct questions about probationary notice period, turnover, and leadership changes in the last year Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone works at this firm
