Pros

I don't think there are any pros to working here - I should've left sooner. So many more sustainable and healthy companies in HVAC.

Cons

They treat people like commodities that can be replaced at will. They only care about how much money they're making - not actual customers or employees. They have a culture that lying to customers and employees is ok if it's good for the business. Leadership is incompetent and greedy.

hybrid -- WFH once a week

Cons

office is crowded sometimes. I don't find it as a con, but i think someone who finds hard to focus in crowded environment might find it difficult.

Pros

Great company with lots of opportunities. Friendly staff and management

Cons

Extremely fast-paced. Not enough time to learn and process. Need at least a 60-day onboarding to be fully operational. Fantastic training and continued education
