Pros

Doesn’t address core leadership and culture issues, instead, they are more focused on hiding them. One clear example is how negative reviews are handled. Instead of listening and learning from employee feedback, there’s pressure to appeal or remove unflattering reviews. That kind of reputation management might make the Glassdoor page look "better", but it doesn’t make the culture any healthier.

Cons

"Leadership" is more worried about optics than about fixing systemic issues. Employees want authenticity, accountability, and a willingness to confront problems not PR spin.

hybrid -- WFH once a week

Cons

office is crowded sometimes. I don't find it as a con, but i think someone who finds hard to focus in crowded environment might find it difficult.

Great company with lots of opportunities. Friendly staff and management

Cons

Extremely fast-paced. Not enough time to learn and process. Need at least a 60-day onboarding to be fully operational. Fantastic training and continued education
