Pros

I don't think I've ever been in a role that covers such a wide range of responsibility, and I love it! The team is great, friendly, high caliber talent and willing to share ideas. I know I am impacting our operations daily and get to have direct contact with the operators I'm supporting.

Cons

This is not the environment for everyone. If you enjoy on the job learning, collaboration and working quickly on tactical items, you will love Apex. If you are happy with the status quo, this environment won't work for you.

hybrid -- WFH once a week

Cons

office is crowded sometimes. I don't find it as a con, but i think someone who finds hard to focus in crowded environment might find it difficult.

Great company with lots of opportunities. Friendly staff and management

Cons

Extremely fast-paced. Not enough time to learn and process. Need at least a 60-day onboarding to be fully operational. Fantastic training and continued education
