Pros

The people are incredible. It amazes me how authentic the leadership is and how we have the opportunity to serve technicians in the field every day. The mission to fundamentally transform the trades is one that I am fully aligned with. Lastly, the opportunity for personal and professional mentorship and growth is unlike any other organization I have been a part of.

Cons

Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with change. With the amount of growth that Apex has experienced and is expecting, pace and change will continue to be a challenge.

hybrid -- WFH once a week

Cons

office is crowded sometimes. I don't find it as a con, but i think someone who finds hard to focus in crowded environment might find it difficult.

Great company with lots of opportunities. Friendly staff and management

Cons

Extremely fast-paced. Not enough time to learn and process. Need at least a 60-day onboarding to be fully operational. Fantastic training and continued education
