Pros

Promises, Promises, Promises. Corporate seems to have it together, but they disappear within 2 days and leave the local staff in charge (local management won't know what they are doing).

Cons

If you had a company based on great customer service and technicians looking to do the right thing, this isn't the right choice. They will turn everything upside down. Horrible management, focused on making the sale today, don't care what happens tomorrow. You will lose half the customers and employees withing the first 6 months. They don't care, they will sell new items at ridiculous markups so they don't need to keep long time customers.

hybrid -- WFH once a week

Cons

office is crowded sometimes. I don't find it as a con, but i think someone who finds hard to focus in crowded environment might find it difficult.

Pros

Great company with lots of opportunities. Friendly staff and management

Cons

Extremely fast-paced. Not enough time to learn and process. Need at least a 60-day onboarding to be fully operational. Fantastic training and continued education
